温州市特种设备检测中心是中华人民共和国国家质量监督检验检疫总局授权的综合检验机构。
温州市特种设备检测中心为温州质量技术监督局直属专业技术机构，是具有独立法人资格的公益性全民事业单位，在国家安全监察机构登记注册财务独立核算;有专用的办公、联络、检验场地和设备可独立对外行文、开展业务活动; 独立行使检验职能对所有检验提供相同质量的服务保证第三方公正地位法定检验检测机构是能够独立承担法律责任的实体。

Wenzhou Specail Equipment Inspection Center is the professional technique body belongs to Administration of Quality and Technology Supervision of Wenzhou Municipality .It is a Public Service Unit which has independence legal person qualification.It registered at national safty supervise organizationand has independence check of finace .It has specail-purpose location and equipment for work and contact.It can issue documentindependentlyand develop servise activity;can exert examnation function and provide same quality for all examnation service.It is a legal examnation and inspection body which can guarantee the third party’s fair position.It is a entiny which can undertake the law responsibility independently.

Authority Attestation
温州市特检中心质量体系是按照CNAS-CL01：2006《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则》（ISO/IEC17025：2005）和CNAS-CI01：2006《检查机构能力认可准则》（ISO/IEC17020：1998）及TSG Z7003-2004《特种设备检验检测机构质量管理体系要求》而建立，确保了管理体系和质量体系严谨、科学、公正、高效、规范的运作，各项工作有章可循，管理措施到位，获得了国家主管部门和相关认证机构的认可。
检测项目中省计量认证60项，国家特种设备检验检测资格认可38项，中国实验室国家认可委员会实验室认可和检查机构认可分别为33项、233项。
Wenzhou Special Equipment Inspection Center is established according to CNAS-CL01: 2006《Accreditation Criteria for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories》（ISO/IEC17025：2005） CNAS-CI01：2006《Accreditation Criteria for the Competence Inspection Bodies》（ISO/IEC17020：1998）and TSG Z7003-2004《Request for the Quality manage System Specail Equipment Examnaion and Inspection Body》. It is recognized by competent government authority and relatived certification agencies duing to the causes of ensuring precise scientific just high-effective and standard quality control system each work functioning with order and plans and successful management measures.
Among all the inspection programs there are 60 certified by Province Metrology Accreditation 38 by State Special Equipment for Inspection 33 by CNAL and 233 by inspection agencies.
